Visualization specific region/tract with weight value
Dear Surf Ice,
Thank you for this fantastic program.
I want to visualize my own customized region/tract.
How can I put the value into the specific region/tract and visualize it?
I tried to change the number in gl.trackprefs(15, 3, 0.5). But, it does not work well for me.
Example.
What if I want to visualize 'posterior limb internal capsule' with 0.73 value and 'superior longitudinal fasciculus' with 0.98 value?
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
Kakyeong Kim

RE: Visualization specific region/tract with weight value
You will want fiber bundles that are segmented to your desired
tracts. For example, consider these files:

though be aware that you will need to correct these for a DSI Studio error.
