I am a student and want to make a figure for my paper using Surf Ice. 

Ive dissected my tract of interest on Track vis and now whenever I open it with Surf Ice it does not match the MNI152_2009 at all (shown on screenshot). Is there a way where I can change the coordinates of either my tract on trackvis or the brain model on Surf ice?

You want to make sure that your voxel based image is normalized to the same space as your mesh. This is not the case in your example. You could either use a tool like nii2mesh to convert your brain-extracted DWI scan to a mesh, or coregister your DWI scan before processing.
