Bias test

Dear experts:

The result of Bias test are “Metabias test p: 0.006” and “Excess Significance test p: 0.964”.

Does this indicate publication bias and what should I do?

And I also want to know how to achieve the sensitivity analysis with SDM-PSI

Thanks for you help

RE: Bias test

Dear Yu,

A p-value < 0.05 in the Metabias test informs you that there is heterogeneity between studies (this is your case). The Excess Significance test informs you if the studies with low sample sizes reported higher effect sizes, which is not your case.

Best,

Lydia
