Dear experts,

I follow the tutorial with the examples. However, when I try to threshold the results from previous calculations, I fail to launch MRIcron and visualize the results finally. Also, the light which represents " Processing Status" is red. After checking the files, I see the “MyMean_z_p0.05000_10.htm” and "MyMean_z_p0.05000_10.nii.gz (statistically significant differences)" files, but there are no "MyMean_z_p0.05000_10_p.nii.gz (p-values of differences)" files. Am I missing files in my output? What can I do to obtain the right visible results in MRIcron?

Dear Sally, 

Have you checked that the correct path to the MRIcron software is in the preferences window? SDM does not provide the map of p-values directly, as it gets inferred by the z-maps
