Dear CONN experts,

I have data that was already preprocessed using a combination of AFNI and FMRI Expert Analyses Tool (FSL). I want to import this already preprocessed data into CONN, skip CONNs preprocessing pipeline and compute 2nd level analyses in CONN. Is there something I need to consider to import into CONN besides the preprocessed functional and strcutural data instead of the raw data?
