Hi conn-ers,

I've recently run into an issue when creating my own mask, importing it as an ROI and atlasing it where all the peak-voxel points generated by conn were just centered along the x-axis. I created the mask using the WFU_pickatlas tool, selecting specific brodmann areas to analyze. Is there a way to manually specify the peak-voxel coordinates for each brodmann area, either in WFU_pickatlas or in conn? Attached is a picture of what it looks like when viewing the results. Thanks!
