Best start with the first tool (Length filtering) in FVL and work your way down (they get computationally more and more expensive). The tutorial should help you with information what the steps do.

Usually it's enough to do length filtering and center of gravity clustering.

Dear NIRAL,

Thank you for this great tool. I am a little confused on where to begin and didn't get much out of the powerpoint tutorial. If I want to use the tool on my fibers (left and right UF) what would be the recommended step by step use of the tool? I am relatively new to DTI and would appreciate any help with suggestions to optimize this step.
