SPHARM-PDM code revision in progress

Dear SPHARM-PDM users,

In preparation for the creation of a SPHARM-PDM Slicer Extension (http://www.slicer.org/slicerWiki/index.php/Slicer3:Extensions) we are doing an intensive review of the code. We are taking into account all feedback that you kindly provided in forums and the bug tracker pages.

SPHARM-PDM Particle Module

Particle Module is a SPHARM-PDM functionality that uses SPHARM-PDM computed correspondent point-based models as initialization for the entropy-based particle correspondence pipeline in ShapeWorks. Now when downloading SPHARM-PDM toolbox and compiling Particle Module, ShapeWorks will download from its own repository and compile as well, since it has been added to the general SuperBuild as an external project.

SPHARM-PDM Toolbox v1.11

We are pleased to announce that the new release of SPHARM-PDM toolbox has been added to the Downloads section, featuring new tools such as mean latitude axis or final log information. The release includes linux 32b and 64b static binaries, but we are working in packing the tools for Mac users... we will keep you posted.
