CORRECTION: NEWHAVEN_b SITE Posted By: IPN NYU CSC - Dec 21, 2009Tool/Resource: 1000 Functional Connectomes Project We apologize for a data conversion error that appeared to have occurred for the NewHaven_b site. Specifically, their TR was set to 1.0 in the NIFTI header rather than the correct value of 1.5 sec. We have updated the header to reflect the correct TR and the corrected file is now available for download. The "Release Table" in the documents section has also been updated to include the TR, the number of slices, and the number of timepoints for each site. |
