Introducing a longitudinal DTI analysis pipeline with DTI-TK Posted By: Gary Hui Zhang - Feb 5, 2013Tool/Resource: DTI-TK Dear all, I'm extremely excited to report that DTI-TK now delivers a major new application area: Unbiased longitudinal DTI analysis. This new framework is the first to apply our state-of-the-art tensor-based registration to accurately quantify longitudinal changes of tissue microstructure as assessed by DTI. Our evaluation demonstrates its superior specificity and sensitivity, which can be particular important for detecting early changes in many neurological disorders, such as dementia. Gary |
