This release upgrades the base operating system to Ubuntu 14.04. In addition, FreeSurfer has been upgraded to 5.3.0 and FreeSurfer's OpenMP parallelization is active. BrainSuite is available as of this version, and a custom LONI Pipeline module for integration with NITRC IR data has been added.
