VOI analysis
Hi,
When I am attempting to plot individual jacobian values, I am getting this error: "CANNOT DO VOI ANALYSIS:BAD VOI IMAGE"
The steps I run up to this point are:
To plot individual values:
>click on "Brain Register"
>Under "Brain Register" click on "Multisubject" > Results
>In Multisubject-Average window click on "Setup" > Load-Setup (select your Jacobian setup file)
>Click "Image"> Load All images
>In Multisubject-Average window click on "Base"
>Click on "Batch" > "compute VOI analysis for multiple tasks"
>click "ok"
I wonder can anyone help me understand what this error means and potential ways to fix the problem.
