Bioimage suite cant find FSL
Dear all,
I have some problem with bioimagesuite, I installed both Bioimagesuite and FSL but unfortunately the bioimagesuite software cant find FSL.
I would like to know does anyone else had this problem before who can help me with this?

What operating system are you using? What version of FSL?

FSL is installed in /home folder the where BioImage Suite is also
installed

FSL - specifically fast and bet needs to be in your path before you
call BioImage Suite. What platform are you on?
