Hi all, Is there a freesurfer's fsaverage template available somewhere to be used in the Brainnet? I got mni coordinates for the Destrieux parcellation regions from brainGraph toolbox in R and tried to use those as nodes in Brainnet using BrainMesh_ICBM152.nv. But it looks like the nodes aren't aligned to surface (See attached) rather inside brain with only few aligned to surface. Any suggestions?

I had the same issue when I exported my parcellation regions from BrainStorm into BrainNet. One way around would be using a larger Mesh e.g.
