A Question on Multimodal Meta-anlysis
Dear Dr. Radua
Here I have a question on multimodal meta-anlysis.
As you introduced in previous article, the approach aimed at combining maps of different modalities to localize brain regions that show common changes in both maps. I wonder if this approach could be applied in two identical modalities of different illness or same illness treated by different strategies. For instance, if I would like to examine whether shared brain activation pattern of task related function exist in patients of depression treated by medication and psychotherapy, can I use this approach?
Thank you very much!
Best regards
Chengyu Wang

RE: A Question on Multimodal Meta-anlysis
Dear Chengyu Wang,
I think you can use it. Note that the "multimodal" function is indeed based on overlapping the maps.
Best wishes,
Joaquim
