How to intepret the multimodal results
Dear Dr. Radua
Here I ran a multimodal analysis and the results report title read "Blobs of ≥ 59 voxels with all voxels (value) ≥ nan and all peaks (value) ≥ 1.000" and the results table without detailed p value avalaible. What did "all voxels (value) ≥ nan" and "peaks (value) ≥ 1.000" mean? It was rather different from the form given in unimodal analysis which I aquainted with (eg."Blobs of ≥ 40 voxels with all voxels SDM-Z ≤ -1.146 and all peaks SDM-Z ≤ -1.214")
Best regards,
Chengyu Wang
