hi everyone, I am using ISC analysis to analyse mat files with one experimental group and one control group, after analysis, I need to convert result map (mat.) to vmp files in matlab in order to visualize the data in brain voyager, it works just fine in single brain map, but in comparison map, after convert,  there is too much activity area in brain voyager, actually it covers whole brain, I am wondering maybe there are some settings wrong in convert code, but I don't really know which part. Did someone have the similar experience? or any ideal about vmp settings in matlab? Tell me if you need extra info for this problem. thanks in advance.
