FSL Tools in GUI
Hello everyone,
I have recently installed FSL on Ubuntu. The program is installed without the extra window that contains tools like BET, FLIRT and Melodica. The command> bet or Bet doesnt help as well in the terminal and I get> command not found! Any idea how to solve it? Thanks alot!

If you don't have installed BET, why do you expect that the commands bet
or Bet should work? It's not possible to run a program withot installing it!

Hi,
I think you didn't add the following to ~/.bashrc

. /etc/fsl/fsl.sh


After you add the line, close and re-run the terminal. You should be able to run various fsl commands.

FSL Tools in GUI
In the programs, open the FSL tool, you will get bet there. from terminal
type fsl5.0-bet, this may also help.
