BrainMesh Ch2 withCerebellum
Dear Mingrui,
I want to visualize the brain network using the Brainmesh of Ch2 with Cerebellum, as the network also includes cerebellum.
I am wondering if Brainmesh of Ch2 with Cerebellum has already separated L & R hemisphere? When I use full view layout, with Ch2, I can see 8 brains but with Ch2 with Cerebellum, the rendering only has 6 brains. (See the attached)
Please let me know if it is possible to make rendering of Ch2 with Cerebellum as same as Ch2.
And I am using the latest version of the software available on NITRC

Thanks and best regards,

Xiao

RE: BrainMesh Ch2 withCerebellum
Hi Xiao,

We don't have a split cerebellum surface right now. Thus, it cannot be rendered as 8 views.

Best,
Mingrui

RE: BrainMesh Ch2 withCerebellum
Hello,

So, can we generate a new cerebellum surface file based on our own data(mask)? And how to generate a new surface?

Best wishes,
Jiang

Hi Jiang,

In BrainNet Viewer, there is a function named "BrainNet_GenSurface.m", which could help to generate surface from nifti file. Please use "help BrainNet_GenSurface" to find how to use it.
