sdm_core, mask creation Segmentation error
I am having trouble creating a mask using SDM 5.11 on MAC OS X,
using the GUI. Here's what happened:
I opened the SDM GUI and SDM started with an existing meta-analysis open.
I clicked "Create Mask", left it as MNI coordinate, and entered my MNI coordinates. I first tried [-38, 38, 6], and entered in my name, "LargerLater". Having already tried without success simultaneous mask extraction and funnel creation plot, I left those boxes unticked this time.
The Log in the main GUI showed the following output:
But then, nothing happened for several minutes. After waiting a few minutes, I then opened up the Execution Log. It showed:
At the time I took this screenshot, I'd tried this a second time with no name and coordinates [4, 4, 4].
I then tried to run the command that is shown in the window from the terminal. First I opened terminal and set the working directory to the meta-analysis directory. Then I ran the following command, with the following output:
I then tried running the sdm_core file without any arguments, and got the same error:
Anyone seen this before or have any idea what's going on?

I have tried several times, using a blank name, or coordinates
[4,4,4] instead, with the same result.aCreating mask from coordinate [-38,38,6]
Segmentation fault: 11

Anyone seen this before or have any idea what's going on?

RE: sdm_core, mask creation Segmentation error
Thanks to Feng Xue, I solved this by using a different machine - I
guess there was some kind of incompatibility on the first machine I
used.
