Is it possible to generate .mat files that can be opened in SPM that contains all gPPI second-level analysis contrasts. I ran my gPPI with 8 conditions and then manually entered and saved my contrasts of interest on the second level tab. When I use SPM, and navigate to the analysis folder -> results -> second level -> ANALYSIS01 -> Allsubjects...there is only one folder that has the name of my first condition and within that folder only 3 seeds listed (there should be more). There is one .mat file in that folder that brings up one t-contrasts with the name "connectivity result".

I would want to be able to view each my 6 second-level contrasts (3 main effects and 3 interactions) in SPM - is there a way to do this?
