Hello All!

I have, in total, 2 questions. I have conducted a seed to voxel analysis that compares two groups [1 -1] while seeded at the MPFC. I have also calculated the seed to voxel connectivity maps for each group on it's own ([1,0] or [0, 1]), when seeded at the MPFC.  I believe that my first contrast, that directly compares the two groups [1,-1],informs me to which brain regions show relatively more or less connectivity with the MPFC between my two groups, but this does not inform me about differences in anticorrelations. Is this interpretation correct? My second question is if there is some way to extract the negative correlation maps for each group and directly compare them? In other words, I am interested in seeing if there are differences in MPFC's anticorrelations with the rest of the brain between my two groups, and I am unsure how to do it.
