Talairach or MNI in CONN v.16.b?
Is that correct that default ROIs in rois folder in CONN are based
on Talairach, while all coordinates reported in CONN (such as thos
in results explorer in second level analysis, etc.) are based on
MNI coordinates?
Also, another question is that, coordinates defined by FOX(2005) are based on Talairach, for example PCC(-5, -49, 40) in Talairach, now is that true that in CONN the coordinate of PCC is PCC( -6 -52 40) in MNI (as I read from another post answered by Alfosono)? are the coordinates in MNI and Talairach are so close?
Actually I'm little bit confused about the coordinates and spaces used in CONN ! some explanation about the coordinates(or spaces) in CONN version 16.b, would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

I think that all ROIs are in MNI space, some just have the .tal
extension from before
