Import Values with Covariate
Hi All,
I have a brief question regarding importing values from significant clusters that were obtained in designs with covariates. For example, if a significant cluster is found in a between groups contrast controlling for the effect of covariate A, such as [1 -1 0], are the values produced though the 'Import Values' tool/REX extracted controlling for the influence of covariate A or are they the raw values?
Thank you,
Drew

RE: Import Values with Covariate
Hi Drew,
The values plotted when using the 'plot values' (or extracted when using the 'import values') option are always the actual raw connectivity values (those entered into your second-level model, independent of your design).
Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hi Alfonso,
Thank you for this clarification, that is what I figured. Is there a simple way to extract values that are controlled for the influence of covariates?
