Does anyone have a paper they could point me to for a method to figure out how many components to choose when doing PCA? I see the default in CONN is set to 20, with a dimensionality reduction of 64. I have only 30 subjects in my resting state study, and I am wondering how to choose the number of components for a small group like this.
