Skull Stripping and segmentation with SPM
Hi! everybody.
I have some set of MRI data for processing. I segmented directly using SPM and I'm quite ok with the result. However, if I brain extract using BET in mirco and thereafter try to segment using SPM, segmentation fails.

Hi Mukaila
You might destroy the edge when you using BET. Try not to use BET, instead work with Spm parameters directory.
