I am working with heart images and we would like to track the fibers of the heart and be able to visualize them on top of the images of the anatomy. Is there any existing plug-in to track fibers in Vaa3D (even for brain)?
In case it is not available now, could you please give me some hints on how to develop such a plug-in?

You can try our different neuron tracing plugins under "Plug-in" --> "neuron_tracing" menu.
