Re: Regression Plot: In Calculator
Hi Alfonso,

In our study, we are looking at the correlation between severity of depressive symptoms and functional connectivity. I've looked at our results in the results explorer window and would like to explore our significant effects further. I used Tools>Calculator on the main CONN gui to visual our findings and look at the regression plot, get R2, and etc. With this current data, for some reason I get very strange looking plots even though I've followed the same steps as I did before in a different study. I select our "group", "group score" under the "predictor variable", enter the contrast [0 1] under "Between-subject contrast" and select the ROI of interest under the "Outcome variable".

I've attached a screenshot of the Calculator window showing all my selections, result, and the plot. Why does the regression plot look like that? Where is R2? How could this relationship be significant if all is fine? Am I missing something? I would appreciate your thoughts on this. Many thanks.

Best,
Diana.
