Distance - correlation plot
Hi Alfonso and everyone !
I have just started using conn 17 after having used conn 16 b for quite some time.
I have appreciated A LOT the new functionality of importing conditions from txt file and I have noticed that in the denoising tab there is now included a voxel-to-voxel distance/correlation plot.
If I got this right, the post-denoising distribution of correlations in this plot should be aligned on 0 and straight, i.e. distance should not be related to strength of correlation.
Of course, the plot can not be absolutely perfect, and a certain amount of skweness in the tails can be present even after denoising. How was wondering how much departure from a straight line on zero one could tolerate, and if there is a quantitative measure that one could use as cut off.
Best
