I am trying to analyze rs fMRI data using CONN toolbox. I am comparing a disease to a control group. In the setup I loaded the functional and the structural data. In conditions, I gave "Rest". In covariates 1st-level "the motion correction=output of realignment" and in Covariate 2nd level I put 1 for the patients and 0 to control.
I would like to check the effect of the disease on the functional connectivity on the group of patients compared to the control group.
I don't know how to get the results.
