Different thresholds of ROI-to-ROI analysis
Hi,
I have performed a ROI-to-ROI analysis, and when using results explorer, there are different options for defining thresholds. I would like to know more about the difference between the FDR seed-level correction and the FDR analysis-level correction. Are both considered appropriate thresholds for controlling for multiple comparisons?
