MST neuron tracing window size
Hello,

what does the window size parameter in the MST neuron tracing algorithm change? How to interpret that parameter?

The window size in MST is used to define the image block size to detect seed location. So the speed of a larger window size will be faster. But using smaller window size, more seeds will be detected.
