Large size file management and stitching question
Dear professor Peng,

Vaa3D is very powerful software and accessible to do 3D imaging visualization and analysis, I have learned some basic operation skills of V3d now.
Because we are also working on tissue clearing techniques and always deal with data of huge size (eg. 5G-25G). However, when importing large data into Vaa3D, sometimes it can't be opened or system crashed, how can I ovoid this situation (My computer ram is 128G)?

Another question is: I have learned your stitching movie, can I stitch things other than neuron or axon? for example pairwise stitching of large size file?

Thanks very much!

RE: download plugin question
why not check out the code from github and build by yourself? that is probably the easiest way to generate the plugin for your specific system.
