volume of Black/White 3D cells
Hello,

We are trying to use your software to calculate the volume of cells in a black & white 3D thresholded image. All cells are black and non-cell pixels are white. Is there a plug-in for this?

You can invert the image first (under Image/Data --> intensity --> invert color) and then use our different segmentation plugins to detect cells.
