Requirements for volume loading
Dear Experts,
I'm now trying to load some volume data and map it to the surface. I read through the manual but haven't found what I need: is there any requirement for the volume .nii file? Resolution? Original position? I feel concerned because even if I don't have the right volume, I can hardly tell from the results. It's been bothering me for quite a while and I really want to get it settled.
I'd appreciate it very much if you could help me!
Best,
Kai

RE: Requirements for volume loading
Hi Kai,
BrainNet Viewer support to load one 3d nifti volume file for the surface mapping. The space of the volume data should be the same as the surface. Most of the surface templates provided in BrainNet Viewer are either in the standard MNI or Talairach space. Any resolutions are acceptable.
Best,
Mingrui
