I have processed DTI data with TBSS and I got the result. But how can I get to know the significant difference is caused by the increasing FA or the decreasing FA? How can I get the voxel vaules of significant difference? I will be gateful to anyone who can help me.  I am looking forward to your reply. Thanks!
