Hi everyone,

I was wondering if it is possible with the CONN toolbox to export a denoised time signal in a subject's native surface space from FreeSurfer?

I am specifically interested in having a cleaned time signal in native space so I can do additional analyses outside of the CONN toolbox, after doing preprocessing/denoising with CONN. Having the cleaned time signal in fsaverage space may also be helpful, but having it in native space would be preferred.
