I'm using CONN v17 and trying to extract connectivity values from a second level contrast (Condition1 - Condition2) using "Seed to Voxel" analysis. The results show two significant clusters, but the "Import values" or "Display values" function only outputs the difference values. Is there a way that I can get the actual connectivity values for each condition, separately? As I recall an earlier version of the CONN did output the values for each condition, separately.
