I have completed my second level analysis and run 2 sample t-tests, using control and impaired as my between subjects contrast and a selected ROI (SMG) as my between sources contrast. Now I am working on reporting the results but am unable to find the mean connectivity strengths for each group. Where can I find these values? Additionally, is there a way to create mean connectivity graphs for each group using conn?
