homogeneity test
Hello,
I am a green hand to the SDM.
Thank you so much for the great software you built and for your generosity by sharing it and providing tutorials and help.
I want to process homogeneity test to assess if the effect sizes combined is homogeneity. How do I conduct a homogeneity test by SDM software.According to tutoria, completing "Globals" analysis can analyses heterogeneity (τ and its corresponding Q and P values). However,my study aims at fMRI not VBM, I failed to I obtain "mean" and "sd" variables in my literature, How can I do to
finish homogeneity test?
Thank you.

RE: homogeneity test
Dear Haina,
SDM automatically creates maps of the main heterogeneity statistics (I2 and Q), and these can be thresholded.
Hope this helps,
Joaquim
