Dear experts,

I analyzed 40 patients with CONN to get the correlation matrix from ROIsignals. I tried it too with Dparsf. With my knowage I thought the result should be equivalent or the same, but I see to much difference between the correlation matrix from conn to the correlation matrix from Dparsf.

For try to reproduce the same extract ROI time curses, I got the images preprocessed with conn (the smoothed ones) with his covariates or confounds and the same atlas from conn folder and I ran the dparsf with that set. I thought the result should be the same but when I created de HeatMap I saw that was absolutely different. What do I did wrong? Please find attached the two heatmap

Some one know if there are some difference on the way to extract the time curses between the conn and dparsf or it should was be the same?

Or if that is possible, what should I do for reproduce the matrix of conn with drpasf?
