I am a clinical researcher in training (pulmonary/critical care fellow) considering moving to the Denver area next year. I am wondering if my project, which uses a 52-channel fNIRS machine, might be feasible there without funds to purchase a new machine. I haven't found any evidence of research using fNIRS in that area on NIH Reporter or ClinicalTrials.gov. Does anyone know of such work or the availability of fNIRS there? I greatly appreciate any advice.
