Dear Spharmers,

I am going to use spharm to do some surface analysis, but now facing two simple questions on installing these toolbox (spharm-pdm and surface analyse Mancova)

1, After download and unzip the spharm-pdm/1.13 on a linux system, I can't find the StatNonParamTestPDM (which is available at v1.8), to run the longitudinal analysis as suggested at

So how can I run StatNonParamTestPDM in version 1.13?

2, I then isntalled Slicer as suggested in the tutorial. Firstly on version 4.3, I am successful to install spharm-pdm from extension. BUT I can't find the module "shapeanalysisMancova_Wizard" Module as suggested in the tutorial.

Then I tried Slicer 3.6, which couldn't even install new extensions in the extension management wizard.
Error message = "could not connect to specified repository, check network connection", however, I can access to internet.

So, I just wonder how to get shapAnalysisMancova_Wizard running in slicer.
