RE: KWMeshVisu
Hi Beatriz,
I have been able to visualize the output of SAMANCOVA with KWMeshVisu, safe as VTK and load into ShapePopulationViewer. I do have (limited) scripting expertise in linux and would be happy to not use KWMeshVisu, if you take me through the scripting.
I have 2 more questions remaining:
1. I do a "longitunidal" study, i.e. comparing output of manual and automatic segmentations. Is there a way to employ SAMANCOVA, as I learnt that StatNonParam is no longer supported (and not running on my system, Fedora 17). I do need a graphical statistical output, i.e. a repeated-measures ANOVA or just a dependent t-test. Maybe there is a way employing interactions (e.g. with 1?).
2. I have difficulities saving the exports (such as PDF or EPS) in ShapePopulationViewer; at the moment it asks for a directory but would not safe a file. In the past, it has been saving files, that were not readable by other programms. Any recommandations?
Thanks so much,
Georg
