I'm try to find a way to describe the relationship (statistically) between two ROIs following a semi-partial PPI analysis. Each of them is an a priori seed region that's relationship to the result of the regions in the brain is modulated by a relevant task. I know REX will do this in an ROI-to-Voxel analysis. Any help would be appreciated.
