is that the plot of the average signal in each volume? If so, that is really strange. You should be seeing signal intensities change from 10,000 down to 100 over 30 volumes. Before I saw the plot I figured maybe you had a really short TR, but even a short TR shouldn't look anything like that. By the way, what is your TR? What exactly is the plot you attached?
