Hi experts

I'd like to use preprocessed BOLD images of several subjects (resting state data) outside the conn toolbox but the "niftiDATA_Subject*_Condition*.nii" images don't look alright (an example is attached). I've done spatial preprocessing (realignment, normalization, segmentation, etc) followed by preprocessing (detrending, band-pass filtering, confounds definition, etc) . All these steps are performed within the conn toolbox (version 14.i). I'd appreciate any comments.
