Hello All,

I recently updated CONN and my previously working data is no longer working - specifically once it get to segmentation in preprocessing. The error message is attached to this message. The structural images input into the CONN gui are bet-ed, however no other preprocessing has been done on the data. The full data includes 26 subjects with two separate sessions in a working memory task. The TR is 1.5, smoothing 6mm (even though it isn't getting to this point), and voxel size at 1mm. I am unsure as to why I am receiving this error when everything previously worked. Any assistance would be fantastic!
