Hi Roger,
This post (http://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?m...) and the faq (http://www.alfnie.com/software/conn#TOC-...) explain how to load the ROI-to-ROI connectivity matrices for the entire group or for each subject.
In addition you may use the 'ROI-to-ROI results explorer' to analyze this matrix (and you will get pictures like the one attached)
