Hi,
The spmT_001.img can be directly loaded into BrainNet Viewer, then set the range of t value, the volume will be mapped onto the surface.
The differences might be caused by the mapping algorithm, try using 'nearest voxels' or 'interpolate' to get better visualization.
Another possible reason is that the T map is corrected by multiple comparison in SPM but not in BrainNet Viewer. Try to export the corrected T map as Nifti files and input into BrainNet Viewer.
